Day 125 – 266 Pounds

Cardio – 60 Minutes

We started this morning off with my usual visit to the scale, it turned out to be a non productive visit as it appears that I have hit another plateau.

Breakfast is followed by a session of cardio for sixty minutes and a quick trip to Starbucks for a coffee.

We were going to return to Pritikin for more exercise but rather than return we opted out for a trip to Sawgrass Outlet mall which in turn followed with two more unplanned trips to Aventura and Bal Harbor.

With the morning now behind us, most of it spent on the freeways, we ar both feeling lethargic from our travels. With that being said we have decided it would be best to return to Pritikin for lunch and some afternoon activity that includes getting our heart rates up.

Back in the gym both of us cranky and frustrated with our morning, the exercise bike seems to be the perfect place to get our energy levels restored and motivation level back to its maximum. It is amazing that just after a few minutes our momentum has completely been altered all for the better.

Feeling much better we have returned to the outdoor pool for some relaxation while waiting for the aqua class to start. Aqua class is the perfect ending for the day, forty-five minutes of splashing around and having fun while working out doesn’t get better.

Dinner at the eight top, having fun discussing the days events with the other guests brings us to a conclusion that we should see a movie before returning for the night in preparation for hopefully a better day tomorrow.
