Day 122 – 266 Pounds

Cardio – 60 Minutes

Saturday morning and once again I am feeling fantastic and with yesterdays complete day off my body is fully recharged and ready for anything.

The unfortunate part of being ready for anything is that I need to start my day off with doing the laundry. Not that it is a big deal, you put it in the washer and then put it in the dryer and if you have taken the required steps to have housekeeping do the folding things work out pretty good in the long run.

With my task of the laundry being completed the gym awaits my arrival for some mid morning weekend cardio and jump-start. Sixty minutes pushed through on the ARC Trainer with ease and a gentle exit from the gym directly over to Starbucks for a coffee.

My wife arrives this afternoon and with her arrival earlier than prior trips, my regular beach plans have been scrubbed for today. The resort pool is busy however I was able to secure a chair and have set myself up for a couple of hours here while I wait. Today marks the first time that I actually ordered pool service, albeit only a diet coke.

Dinner this evening at Hillstones in Coral Gables and I have elected to exercise no regard with this evenings selection of food. I started off with sushi rolls and selected the prime rib for my entrée along with string fries and finished up with Florida’s signature key lime pie.

As my body trembles trying to digest the red meat and french fries, my heart races as my world of feeling great diminishes to the land of feeling like my insides are going to explode. It is the worst feeling ever and once again I am disappointed with myself, eating with my eyes and no regard to my body after all I have taught myself here.

To late now, I did what I did and am well aware of it!
