As usual breakfast is followed by cardio and I am ready to tackle the day and get things going with my planned week of extreme training and clean eating. First off, body measurements.

Cardio was great this morning, I made it through the complete session on the treadmill at maximum elevation walking briskly. It was a complete burn and it felt great, my legs are on fire and as I sit here in the gym watching my quads pulsating.
Weights today with Pedro is all about working my shoulders. We managed to move 48,000 LBS of gross weight in 57 minutes which is a new record. With my quads still feeling this mornings extreme climb and now my shoulders burning the only logical decision is to work my core and with that being said here comes Camille.
Feeling completely wiped out from todays three major workout sessions, I am headed to the pool to collapse and catch my breath. A great day of exercise and clean eats, what else could you possibly want in a day.
Showered and dressed for dinner, fairly hungry and feeling really good I am making my way upstairs for dinner and what is looking to be an early night as I am ready for recovery.
