Cardio – 60 Minutes
Core – 45 Minutes
It’s an early morning and its time to make my way to the gym for a weigh in. Hopes of some good news after being away for the past few days, the scale may be up.
Stepping on the scale on seeing the reading of 274 pounds brings a giant sigh of relief, down four pounds at last and the scale has finally moved.
Measurements are up next and the big change over last week other than my weight is my waist which has shrunk another 1.5″.
|Right Calf||Right Thigh||Glute||Waist||Chest||Right Forearm||Right Bicep||Weight|
|Week # 14||15||21||48||48||48||11.5||14||274.00|
Breakfast and morning cardio are in order with the good news.
We are heading out to the airport shortly, time to drop my wife off for her flight back home. It will be tough to be alone again however it will be short-lived as she will be returning in just eleven days for another week.
Back in the gym, today I am working with Camille on my core and I admit that it doesn’t hurt as much, either she is being gentle on me or my core is actually starting to develop. That does not mean I am liking it one bit, I for certain will not stop complaining to her as that seems to make things go faster. The session was good, I can feel it which means it is working and I have taken the first step to make arrangements for core training four times a week.
Tomorrow will be another healthy day!
