I am back to 313 Pounds and relieved. Yesterday was alarming, perhaps it was a misread on the scale, I don’t think so. It was water weight from the massive dose of sodium in the breads. I find it amazing how the body reacts from clean eating days to days where poor choices are made.
Today is a my day and my summation of the day is as follows:
Pool time, love the Sun!
Cardio time, love the sweat!
Weights, make it heavier!

Turns out that today was pretty simple and epic day including my measurements. Down 33 pounds, 5.00 inches off my waist and I am shrinking and without question and am smiling.
Would life not be simple if everyday were like today, not a worry in the world here in Miami.
Tomorrow will be another healthy day and I look forward to every minute of it!
